Terms and conditions of sale
1. Who we are
Lohik is based in Via Alcide De Gasperi, Bracciano (RM), Italy. You can reach us at 351 845 9515 (also on WhatsApp) or through the contact form.
2. Products and services
We sell ready-made 3D-printed designer objects from our catalog and a print-on-demand service ("Custom Print Service") based on a file provided by the customer or a description of the project. Product images are indicative: small variations in colour or finish compared to the photos are normal for printed objects.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online at the time of ordering through Shopify's secure checkout, which independently manages transaction security; payment details are never stored on our systems.
4. Shipping
We ship by courier within Italy (€7, free for orders of €55 or more), to European Union countries (€14.99) and to a selection of non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada (€19.99). Exact costs are shown at checkout before payment. Indicative delivery is 3-5 working days in Italy for catalog items and 48 working hours for the print-on-demand service, barring unforeseen events communicated promptly; international deliveries may take longer.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Customised or made-to-measure goods produced to your specifications (e.g. orders made through the Custom Print Service from your file or description) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59(c) of the Consumer Code.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for consumers by the Italian Consumer Code, valid for conformity defects present at the time of delivery.
7. Returns
For products covered by the right of withdrawal, returns are free within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact and undamaged. Contact us to arrange collection or return shipping.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
