What to know about receiving your order, from shipping costs to preparing your piece.
Standard shipping within Italy
Standard shipping is available for orders delivered within Italy.

The final cost is confirmed at checkout before payment. For orders by quotation, we agree timing and costs after reviewing the project.
International shipping is not currently available at checkout. For a request outside Italy, contact us before ordering.
First, we prepare your order
Your piece is prepared before it is shipped. For custom prints, production time depends on the project's complexity, material, quantity and the production queue.
After the technical review, we confirm timing and costs before payment. If you have a deadline, include it in your request so we can check whether it is achievable.
Transit: 3–5 working days
Standard shipping within Italy has an estimated transit time of 3–5 working days from handover to the carrier.
This estimate covers transit only and does not include preparing or producing your piece. Delivery dates are indicative.
