Privacy policy

This policy is a base template drafted with the structure and contents typical of an Italian e-commerce site (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679). It does not replace legal advice: have it reviewed by a lawyer or privacy consultant. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is Lohik, based in Via Alcide De Gasperi, Bracciano (RM), Italy. For any request concerning your personal data you can contact us at 351 845 9515 (also on WhatsApp) or through the contact form.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, message and any attached file (e.g. a 3D model for the custom print service).
  • Cart: the products you add to the cart are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
  • WhatsApp: if you use the WhatsApp button, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp/Meta app or website, subject to their independent privacy policy.
  • Browsing data: if we enable analytics tools in the future (e.g. Google Analytics), they will collect anonymous/aggregated browsing data only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

3. Why we use it

We use your data exclusively to reply to your requests, prepare quotes, manage orders and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you fill in a form, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you request a quote or an order.

5. Data retention

We keep the data collected through the contact form for the time needed to handle your request and, in case of an order, for the period required by Italian tax and civil law.

6. Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.gpdp.it).

7. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies/storage required for the cart to work, which do not require consent under current legislation. Any analytics or marketing cookies will be enabled only after obtaining your explicit consent via the dedicated banner.

8. Data transfers outside the EU

Some third-party services we may use (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, Google Analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
